Bucks Pay Range 8 (£38,316 - £42,638)

pro-rata for 37 hours per week, term time only

(actual £32,937 - £36,652)

The Chiltern Way Academy (CWA) is a cutting edge and transformational organisation for students with ASC and SEMH, currently spanning three campuses, with two secondary schools and one primary school.

We are seeking an Academy Lead SWAM (Safeguarding, Welfare and Attendance Manager). The successful candidate will have relevant experience and qualifications alongside the resilience, conscientiousness and drive to ensure that the school is outstanding in all areas related to safeguarding, attendance and work with families. The successful candidate will lead staff at each campus to ensure the highest standards are being met.
