Continued Professional Development

At CWAT we want all our employees to develop and deepen their professional knowledge and skills throughout their careers. Dedicated Directors of Curriculum and Coaching support staff encourage employees to gain QTS, complete ECT and provide structured development for all staff through research-based and evidence-based practice.
