Salary: NJC 5 to 11: £21,575 - £24,054

£16,116 - £17,968 pro rata

 

The Chiltern Way Academy Trust (CWAT) is a cutting edge and transformational organisation for students with ASC and SEMH, currently spanning four campuses, with two secondary schools, one primary school and one combined school.

 We are looking for dynamic and inspirational Assistant Teachers for our rapidly expanding trust with an exciting additional potential of a fee paid three-year Degree Apprenticeship.

You will work closely with the teachers to enhance the learning experience of small groups of students in a classroom setting and undertake one-to-one mentoring and support.

You will join a talented, loyal and hardworking team dedicated to improving outcomes for our children.

Additionally, we are offering a fee paid Youth Worker degree for the right candidates, gained over three years whilst employed as an Assistant Teacher.
