Chiltern Way Academy trains its staff and others in General Services. The GSA is company limited by guarantee and has been delivering behaviour management training in the prevention and management of violence and aggression in health and social care since the mid 1990s. |

Chiltern Way Academy is the only school in the country with BILD accreditation for its behaviour management training. BILD uses its skills, knowledge and experience to turn policy into practice, solve problems and improve support. They work with Government departments, local authorities, health trusts. Their aim is to improve the quality of the lives of people with disabilities. |
