£22,183 - £24,012 

(£19,053 - £20,623 pro-rata)

 

The Chiltern Way Academy Trust (CWAT) is an Ofsted 'Outstanding' cutting edge and transformational organisation for students with ASC and SEMH, currently spanning four campuses, with two secondary schools, one primary school and one combined school.

 

We wish to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Support and Cover Manager at the Wokingham Campus. We need someone with presence and excellent interpersonal skills, who wants to develop professionally.

 

You will play an active role in mentoring and managing the behaviour of students on a day-to-day basis, and act as cover supervisor, covering/supervising whole classes in the event of teacher absence.
