Chiltern Way Academy (CWA) is a cutting edge and transformational Special Needs school providing high-quality education, care and therapies for the huge range of need that exists across the behaviour spectrum. Our Prestwood campus works with students on the Autistic spectrum and our Wendover campus works with students with a range of social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.


We aspire to provide a “language rich” environment where therapeutic strategies support a wide range of Speech, Language and Communication difficulties, incorporated into a holistic approach.


We wish to appoint innovative, creative and experienced Speech and Language Therapists to work as part of our multi-agency team to develop:

  • an integrated specialist learning environment
  • delivery and planning of specialist interventions/ strategies
  • a staff CPD program


This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in a collaborative approach with educational colleagues and a clinical interest with our diverse cohort.

You will develop/practice highly specialised clinical skills and work with a range of different professionals within an educational setting. Clinical specialists from a local special school therapy team will provide opportunities for CPD and clinical supervision.
