The Chiltern Way Academy Trust (CWAT) provides cutting edge and transformational approaches to educating students with ASC and SEMH. We currently have four campuses comprising two secondary, one primary and one combined provision.
We wish to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Senior Assistant Teacher for our rapidly expanding trust. We need someone with presence and excellent interpersonal skills, who wants to develop professionally.
You will work closely with the teachers to enhance the learning experience of a small group of students in a classroom setting and undertake one to one mentoring and support. You will act as cover supervisor in the event of teacher absence, lead a team of Assistant Teachers and have a range of other responsibilities.
