Bucks Pay Range 3: £22,690 - £24,540

37 hours per week / 39 weeks per annum

pro-rata equates to approximately:

£19,242 - £20,811

 

The Chiltern Way Academy Trust (CWAT) is a cutting edge and transformational organisation for students with ASC and SEMH, currently spanning four campuses, with two secondary schools, one primary school and one combined school.

 

We are looking for a pro-active and well organised HR Administrator for our rapidly expanding trust. You will work closely with the HR Officer to assist with all aspects of recruitment, retention and HR and ensure the smooth running of these processes. You will line manage our receptionists / administrators and provide reception cover as required.

 

 You will join a talented, loyal and hardworking team dedicated to improving outcomes for our children.
