The Chiltern Way Academy (CWA) is a cutting edge and transformational organisation for students with ASC and SEMH, currently spanning four campuses, with two secondary schools, one primary school and one combined school.

 

We are looking for a Deputy Support Lead for the primary provision at our Bierton Campus. You will play an active role in managing the behaviour of students on a day-to-day basis and support the Team Leader in implementing ongoing behavioural interventions, ensuring effective communication is maintained throughout the school.

  • play an active role in managing behaviour
  • promote all methods of communication and behaviour practice
  • use inter-personal and de-escalation skills effectively
  • work successfully alongside all stakeholders
