Chiltern Way Academy (CWA) is a cutting edge and transformational Special Needs school providing high-quality education, care and therapies for the huge range of need that exists across the behaviour spectrum. Our Prestwood campus works mainly with students on the Autistic spectrum and our Wendover campus works mainly with students with a range of social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

We wish to appoint a Behaviour Manager at our Prestwood campus to play an active role in managing the behaviour of students on a day-to-day basis. The post holder will be integral in implementing ongoing behavioural interventions and ensuring effective communication is maintained throughout the school.

  • play an active role in managing behaviour
  • communicate complex information
  • use inter-personal and de-escalation skills effectively
  • work successfully alongside all stakeholders
