Salary: (£19,312) £14,386 pro rata - (£21,748) £16,201 pro rata

25 – 30 hours per week considered


The Chiltern Way Academy (CWA) is a cutting edge and transformational organisation for students with ASC and SEMH, currently spanning four campuses.


We wish to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Assistant Teacher, at the Wokingham Campus, for our rapidly expanding trust. We need someone with presence and excellent interpersonal skills, who wants to develop professionally.


You will work closely with the teachers to enhance the learning experience of a small group of students in a classroom setting and undertake one to one mentoring and support.
