Bucks Pay Range 2 (£18, 517 - £20,800)

pro-rata for 32.25 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum

The Chiltern Way Academy (CWA) is a cutting edge and transformational organisation for students with Social, Emotional, Communication and Interaction Difficulties (SECID). We are expanding rapidly and as new posts are created it is an exciting time to join our organisation.


We need a Learning Support Assistant with presence and excellent interpersonal skills who wants to develop professionally. You will work closely with the teachers to undertake one to one mentoring and support for a particular student.


You will join a talented, loyal and hardworking team dedicated to improving outcomes for our children.


Please note that this post is High Needs Block Funded and as such is subject to termination if the funding changes or ceases or if the student leaves the school or their needs change.
